I did a dinner party last night for a gang of 10 folks from the Nashville area. Great, fun, group! listened to Lucinda Williams music all night...a perfect dinner-time music. It was at one of the couple's family home out on the expansive ranch area right across from the JHMR ski area. What a gorgeuos house, and view! As I was leaving...I stood and watched the stars for awhile, and listened to the elk bugling in the distance. I love fall in the tetons. The air is crisp, the sky is bright, and the sound of the elk lets you know that summer is over, and there is change in the air.
